Our Community Land Trust at Work

We are a Community Benefit Society (with charitable status) whose members aim to create, own, and manage a range of assets for our community.
These assets will preserve the unique character of Broadhembury Parish and make it a resilient place for future generations to live and thrive.

Did you know... The Long March, according to Chairman Mao, began with a single step. Since BNCLT was set up at the end of 2020, we have set up policies and operating systems, recruited a large Membership, held elections for the Board of Trustees and contacted architects, planners and advisers who can help us on our journey. Just a few faltering steps. But we do now get an occasional glimpse of Broadhembury’s affordable homes through the summit clouds!
